Convert DWG to KML*
Using QGIS:

Choose the location to save the DXF file and click 'Save'.
Using a Conversion Tool:
Go to an online conversion tool like Zamzar or Convertio.
Upload your DWG file.
Choose DXF as the output format.
Start the conversion and download the DXF file once it's complete.
