An overview of the Markup tools that can be used to both take measurements and markup areas of interest

The Markup tools can be found on the left hand side of your screen. They can be used to either take measurements or mark up areas of interest on your project.

The different types of measurements provided by each tool are described in the sections below.

What are the different Markup types?

Point markups

Point markups can be used to view and copy the coordinates of a specific location. Read more here.

Line markups

Line markups can be used to measure lengths. Read more here.

Zone markups

Zone markups can be used to measure areas. Read more here.

Circle markups

Circle markups can be used to create a set distance around a point. Use it to measure the radius and circle area. Read more here.

Cut and fill markups

Cut and Fill markups can be used to take volumetric measurements. Read more here.

Height markups

Height markups can be used to measure perpendicular heights. Read more here.

Height profile markups
