⚠️ Warning: This feature is only available for presentations comprised entirely of 3D frames (frames captured in the 3D environment).

Presentations which include 2D frames will fail to export.

Permissions

Anyone who has access to a Workspace can download a presentation, this includes. Workspace Managers, Members and Guests. Learn more about workspace permissions here.

If you don't have access to any of the content included in the presentation, it will not be visible for you, i.e. it'll be omitted from the presentation. Learn more about content-level permissions here.

How to download a Presentation as a video:

  1. Open the presentation panel (from with a Workspace)

Navigate to the Presentation panel (in the top righthand corner).

  2. Start the export process

Click on the three-dot-menu and select "Download video."

The option is also available from within a Presentation:

  3. Configure video settings

A modal will appear where you can adjust the video settings. These will default to the recommended values but can be updated as needed:

    • Name – The filename for the exported video.

    • Viewpoint transition – The duration of transitions between viewpoints.

    • Hide markup labels – Toggle to show or hide full markup labels in the video.

    • 📝 Note: If markup labels are enabled, the recording may appear slower, but the final video will still play smoothly.

    • Output resolution – Defined by your screen resolution (cannot be changed).

    • Export the video

  4. Click "Export" once you've set your preferences.

The status bar in the modal will show the export progress.

  5. Cancelling an export

To cancel the recording, click the "X" on the status bar.

The recording will stop, and no video will be exported.

  6. Access your exported video

Once complete, the video will be saved to your desktop in WEBM format.
