How Markup labels change with zoom level

Markup labels, which show a markup's name and icon, adapt as you navigate - i.e. they become more discreet as you zoom out, while zooming in shows you full detail. The levels of detail can be seen below: dot, icon only, full markup label (including the name of the markup).

There are three levels of detail:

  1. Dot – Minimal representation at a far zoom level.

  2. Icon only – Displays the markup’s icon without text.

  3. Full markup label – Shows both the icon and the markup’s name at closer zoom levels.

How to adjust your markup label settings

If you want markup labels to always display in full, rather than adjusting based on zoom level, you can update your settings:

  1. Click the three-dot menu at the top of the Scene Manager.

  2. Toggle "Full markup labels" on.

📌 Note: This setting applies only to the workspace you’re currently in.

Viewing additional markup details

  1. Hover over a markup label to quickly see key details, including:

    • Created on

  2. View attachments

    • If a markup has an attachment, click on it to open it in the viewer.

    • 📌 Note: This action also works in Presentation mode.

  3. Open the markup in Scene Manager

    • Click anywhere on the markup label pop-up to view additional details in the Scene Manager or to make edits.
