NOTE: only Workspace Managers can set the default view. This option is not available for Workspace Guests or Members. Learn more here.
The "Default view" is the initial view everyone sees when they first enter the Workspace. It includes the camera position and layer visibility settings, determining which layers and markups are turned on or off.
How to set the Default view:
Set up the view as you want it to appear for new users, including the camera position and the layer visibility settings.
In the header of the Scene Manager, click on the three-dot menu and select "Set default view".

Click on "Confirm" to save the new default view.
