Use the Share View link to send your exact camera angle, layer visibility, timeline settings and Scene Manager settings directly to your team.
When a teammate opens your link, they will be prompted to either accept your shared view or keep their original view.
How to copy a view link
Open the workspace you want to share.
Set up your scene, camera angle, timeline settings and layer visibility exactly how you want them.
Click the dropdown arrow on the Share button in the toolbar
Select Copy link.
What the recipient sees
When someone opens your shared link, they will enter a preview mode showing your exact scene configuration.
Previewing: Recipients can still interact with and navigate the scene in this state. However, they must choose to either Adopt or Revert the view before they can use any scene manager settings or markup tools.
Adopting: If they choose to adopt the view, their workspace will update to your settings.
⚠️ Note: Once a shared view is adopted, there is no way to undo it or revert to the previous settings.
Reverting: If they choose not to adopt the shared view, their workspace will return to their previous view and settings.
🔒 Access restrictions
Workspace Permissions: Only team members who already have access to the workspace can open the link.
Layer Permissions: Standard content access rules still apply. If your shared view includes layers that the recipient does not have permission to see, those layers will remain hidden from them.
