Sensat cannot process CAD files that reference other CAD files. If this is why your file has failed to process, then you will need to remove any external references before uploading the file to Sensat again.

This is most commonly an issue with Autodesk files (DWGs) and guidance from Autodesk on how to save files without Xrefs can be found here.
