What is a Workspace?

A Workspace is a secure, collaborative environment where teams can work together using a curated selection of layers, chosen from Content.

In a Workspace, you can view your project data, as well as perform tasks such as taking measurements, planning works and exploring different options.

How to create a workspace

  1. Click on the blue "+ Create new" button in the top right corner:

  2. You will be prompted to name the new Workspace.

  3. Click on "Create Workspace" - the new Workspace will open.

  4. The new workspace will be private by default. Learn how to share and manage workspace permissions here.

Adding Content

After creating a new Workspace, you’ll need to select the layers and markups to include. Find out how to do this here.

Setting the "Default View"

Once you've added data to your workspace, you need to set the "Default view"

The "Default view" is what everyone will see when they enter the Workspace for the first time. This view includes the camera position and layer visibility settings - which layers and markups are turned on or off.

Find out how to do this here.
