Sometimes, in order to remove unnecessary data and settings from your computer, you need to clear the cache manually. This can help to free up memory and to remove data that might be affecting your sensat experience.

1. Navigate to the 'developer tools' section in chrome by clicking on the three dot menu in the top right of your screen

2. Click on the arrows to find a tab called "Application"

3. First click on 'Service Workers' and make sure all of these are turned off

4. And finally - go onto "Storage" and clear the cache by clicking "clear site data"

After you have completed these steps, close the developer tools refresh/reload your tab.
