In this video, Chris walks through how to create folders and subfolders and how to move them around in Content.
Folder creation
You can create a new folder by using the "Create folder" button.
Or using "Create subfolder" in the three-dot menu.
π Note: Only Project admins can create folders at the root level, and those with "full access" can create subfolders.
Selection
Use the checkboxes to create a selection of items within a folder
Use the options on the multi-select footer, such as move and export. You will be able to see the number of items in your selection, the action will be applied to.
The actions may also be limited by your permission in the folder. You will be able to see this because the options will be greyed out.
Move to
Move an item, folder, or selection by using the "Move to" option in the three-dot menu.
The available options will be listed, and you can click through to get to the folder you would like to move your content to. The "Move" button will only be available for folders you have at least "can edit" access to.
